New Bonsai is the Best MedicineFeb 22, 2011

My 1 year old son lost his original Bonsai monkey. It was harder to put him down to sleep without Bonsai, so I had to find a replacement. This new Bonsai did the trick. My son walks around with the monkey all day long. I couldn't live without having this soft, furry little friend in our lives. My son loves him so much. This animal is very well put together and is very durable.

My son has 5 "Monkey's" that are now at least four years old (I rotate them so that he believes he has only 1). I was looking for the "full sized" Bonsai monkey but this is all I could find to keep an "original" of what "Monkey" looked like before he was so loved by my son. (remember in the Velveteen Rabbit that when you become real you are truly loved and you hair and eyes may fall out, your seams seem to split and you lose some of your stuffing? Well all 5 monkeys are now real and Mikey still loves his "Monkey" - no matter how matted and bruised he is!
