This thing sucks. All it does is barely vibrates. DO NOT BUY!!!! That was the worst bit of money I ever spent. And they will not let you return it and get a refund. Again, DO NOT BUY!!

It's exactly what you'd expect. It's a fun little prank and my 9 yr old son gets a real kick out of it. It works by winding it up, wearing it on the inside of your hand, and shaking an unsuspecting person's hand, giving them a good buzz as the winder is triggered and unwinds. No shocks.

In short, you get what you pay for. My son was excited to find this on Amazon but this buzzer doesn't work. Don't waste ur money. It does not make the buzzer noise or have any electric effect.

Surprise Hand Buzzer This toy is great for pranks on other people my kids loved playing it and I also loved it too. You should try this toy.
