I bought these for my 6-year-old son because he loves all things Harry Potter and these are witch/warlock-like. As soon as he opened them he called them Harry Potter Silly Bands, so we were both happy. I had to explain what the magic wand and spell book were, but he likes everything and loves to wear them.
I'm sure they will be a hit in 1st grade.
