The Mighty Tartarus: An overall good purchase.Oct 16, 2010
By Brian J. Spencer The product is very sturdy, and well made. Has a nice weight to it for the price you pay, and I have no complaints other than I wish there were just a couple more points of articulation for a wider variety of poses. Still, I'm very happy with it.

The best-worst villain in halo, gets a figure!May 16, 2011
By JeffreyS. ...but don't get me wrong, I love Tartarus. This one is a great model of the brute, and has a great paint job. The pose-ability of the figure lacks, as it does in almost all of mcfarlanes Halo Figures. The Sculpt looks great and the fist of Rukt (his hammer) looks great in his hands (soak his hands in hot water before putting it in.)
Stands tall and Sturdy next to my arbiter figure. One more villain down... but where is my Heretic Leader, or 343 GUILTY SPARK?! Get on that mcfarlane, pack him in with a better cortana and you've got yourself a deal!

AlrightDec 30, 2010
By Lindy My grandson loved playing with this and always making him the bad guy. Sadly, the top of the hammer broke. We didn't have any glue, so we tried to tape the hammer head back to the handle. But it didn't work so the hammer was a hassle. Speaking of the hammer it was incredibly hard to put on. The left hand was the one having problems and the thumb did not really go on. The toy itself is VERY durable. It stands by itself easily and has many poses. I enjoyed buying this toy.
