5The First Godzilla (1954)May 08, 2010
By Tei Towa
This model is very first 1954 original Godzilla.
This is one of four kaiju figures (54 Godzilla, Burning Godzilla, Rainbow Mothra and Gigan) introduced at the same time as the first wave lineup of 6.5" Classic Godzilla Figures followed by three more waves.

There are so many different (year) models for the Godzilla figures to choose from.
If you are not a collector, but like Godzilla and planning to buy a figure, this one is a good choice since this model is the original Godzilla ever introduced to us.
Everybody has own favorite model, and this one is one of my favorites.

This toy is well made and durable.
And It's very well detailed.
Actural size is 6.5" tall.

52nd grader loves Godzilla toy!Jan 30, 2009
By R. Haley "Godzilla Fan's Mom"
My 8-yr-old son is a Godzilla fan. He decided he should collect Godzilla toys, and he said, "Every Godzilla collection should start with Godzilla." He loves the toy. He took it to school to show his classmates the first day he got it.

5well behaved petSep 04, 2010
By Scott Koval
True to the movie. I didn't buy this doll to play with so the fun and educational factors are moot to me, I just wanted a true-to-form 1954 Godzilla figure and this is it. Looks great! The only thing missing is a tiny, to scale, zipper.
p.s. Anyone else ever notice that Bandai is one 'd' away from being a medical adhesive bandage?
